Nice capture. Did you use a filter in postprocess?
Hi Jerry. I used an Orton Effect. In my case, I didn't use a single filter. The steps I used are described at The Orton Effect - Digital Photography Tip of the Week.
I've found that I really like the look of this when applied to certain type of murals.
